Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the order specifications.

Custom Bundle Orders:
• As our hijab bundles are customized according to the customer's selected colors, returns and refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect color selection by the customer may not be accepted.
• However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:
• To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or through an agreed alternative method.
